CALLING INSTRUCTIONS

To place an International Call:

  1. Dial *TEL (*835) from your PlatinumTel phone
  2. Listen to the prompt then enter the destination number, country code first (without entering 011)
  3. Then, press the pound (#) key
  4. Your call will be connected, an announcement will notify you of how many minutes of use are available for your current call (based on airtime balance)

For calls to the Caribbean, you must dial the number 1, followed by the area code, and then the 7-digit number

HOW BILLING WORKS

  • When calling from an Unlimited Talk and Text account, you only pay for the International airtime used. Money is deducted directly from your airtime balance
  • When calling during peak hours, you pay:
    International Per Minute Rate + Regular Per Minute Rate
  • When calling during off peak hours, you pay:
    International Per Minute Rate Only.
