CALLING INSTRUCTIONS

To place an International Call:

  1. Dial *TEL (*835) from your PlatinumTel phone
  2. Listen to the prompt then enter the destination number, country code first (without entering 011)
  3. Then, press the pound (#) key
  4. Your call will be connected, an announcement will notify you of how many minutes of use are available for your current call (based on airtime balance)

For calls to the Caribbean, you must dial the number 1, followed by the area code, and then the 7-digit number

HOW BILLING WORKS

  • Unlimited Talk and Text accounts (Regular and Android): you only pay for the International airtime used. Money is deducted directly from your airtime balance
  • Hybrid: you pay for International per minute rate plus regular airtime rate during peak hours. You only pay for International per minute rate during off-peak hours.
  • Real Paygo: you pay for International per minute rate plus regular airtime rate at all times.
